The Sr Learning & Talent Development Business Partner is responsible for designing, developing and delivering learning programs targeted at enhancing the use of technology and analytical tools for business decision making. This role will ensure learning programs are built using sound design principles, leveraging appropriate learning technology, and are scalable across the enterprise. The role will also be responsible for the Data & Analytics Rotational program and internship program ensuring all D&A team members are getting the relevant experiences needed to be successful in their careers. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships across Hormel Foods and its subsidiaries, will leverage trends and insights to provide innovative learning & talent solutions, and will demonstrate a measurable impact on our talent and organization needs. This position will report directly to the Learning & Talent Development Manager at the corporate headquarters in Austin, Minnesota.
