Aligns talent strategies with organizational goals. Translates business challenges into talent/learning strategies that improve performance, capability and associate engagement. Influences an enterprise, cross-functional perspective with business leaders and partners. Leads a skills-based approach to planning, ensuring the organization identifies, develops and deploys skills aligned to current and future business needs. Leverages workforce analytics and external market insights to inform decisions on skill development and workforce readiness.
