PG&E Academy Operations is a dynamic group that supports learning systems and technology for the company and oversees training logistics for PG&E Academy. We seek team members who are nimble and thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Creates, manages, and monitors the learning solution project plan to craft a solution that meets the client needs. Collaborates to determine business needs and project resources, cost, and timeline estimates. Defines, creates, executes, analyzes and closes learning solution development projects. Communicates project status and sets expectations for team members and stakeholders. Creates financial forecast/estimates and plans for each learning solution. Ensures the IDs are using the established standards tools and templates and guidelines for curriculum development. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $98,000 Bay Area Maximum: $146,000
