About The Position

The Senior Learning Solutions Architect at Navy Federal Credit Union is responsible for consulting with leaders and business partners to identify learning gaps and recommend effective learning solutions that align with the organization's objectives. This role involves collaboration across the enterprise to develop immersive learning plans, curate content, and measure the effectiveness of learning programs, ensuring alignment with Navy Federal's overall strategy and culture.

Requirements

  • Expertise in program management and evaluation, learning science, instructional design, or organizational development.

  • Extensive experience in classroom instruction and facilitation.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with leadership.
  • Advanced organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Skill in building relationships and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs, gaps, and updates to existing plans.
  • Serve as a lead consultant on professional and talent development learning to support enterprise strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of learning strategies and design/develop/facilitate learning solutions for professional development.
  • Design and use quantitative and qualitative methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Oversee the development of reference materials and support tools that reinforce strategic learning.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor team members to achieve desired outcomes and support leaders in setting performance standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Learning Solutions team and Talent Development team.
  • Remain current with industry learning best practices and technical enhancements.
  • Participate in or manage multiple large-scale projects and programs.
  • Partner with Vendor Partnership team to identify opportunities for shared vendor relationships.
