About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will own the design and development of the learning materials that equip our Sales and Customer Success teams with the knowledge they need to succeed. You will partner closely with leadership, enablement, cross-functional stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate business needs into practical, innovative, and effective training. Your primary goal is to create materials that are clear, engaging, and directly contribute to our company's revenue goals. The ideal candidate has proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development, with a talent for creating materials that are visually clean, easy to understand, and drive real-world results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design or learning design
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience designing for frontline employees in sales and/or customer success roles, ideally in technology or SaaS environments
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and visually compelling learning materials
  • Strong cross-functional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in learning technology tools such as Articulate Storyline-Rise, Canva, etc
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) management. Bonus for Highspot experience
  • Experience with, or enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to streamline personal workflow or to create learning materials

Responsibilities

  • Design a range of learning solutions—including e-learnings, VILTs, and performance support tools that help our revenue teams achieve their goals
  • Conduct deep needs analyses that identify performance gaps and define clear learning objectives
  • Manage instructional design projects from scoping to completion, effectively communicating timelines, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders
  • Own the ongoing maintenance of learning programs, ensuring all content remains relevant, effective, and up-to-date
  • Optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for learners to engage with learning materials
  • Serve as a design expert, providing constructive feedback to peers to uphold our team's high standards for quality and consistency
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in learning design and technology, applying modern approaches to engage a diverse, remote-first audience
