This role is Hybrid, Santa Monica Office. This is an individual contributor (IC) role responsible for the comprehensive development and growth of our Cornerstars both regionally and globally. As a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovative initiatives aimed at enriching our workforce through a robust onboarding process and continuous training. You will oversee the entire onboarding training experience, ensuring New Cornerstars (new hires), are seamlessly integrated and equipped to start their careers successfully within Cornerstone. Your role will involve designing and implementing adaptive and forward-thinking learning solutions that address both current and future organizational needs. You will closely collaborate with the People Team and senior leaders to identify essential skills and competencies required for various roles, empowering employees with the tools and assessments necessary for career advancement. Reporting to the US-based Director of Talent Management and Development, you will support and amplify their efforts.
