Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Senior Learning Design Professional partners with IT leaders and associates to identify and address performance and knowledge gaps through strategic learning solutions. This role primarily designs, delivers, and scales impactful learning experiences for IT Leadership Development programs and AI learning. This role will build leadership capabilities across the IT organization. Leveraging performance consulting, adult learning theory, and instructional design best practices, the Senior Learning Design Professional develops content and collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of engaging virtual, in-person and hybrid leadership development programs grounded in adult learning principles that support skill-building across various leadership levels, including skills in AI. Integrate generative AI tools into learning design to accelerate development and scale content creation.Oversee logistics associated with leadership learning programs—including scheduling, technology setup, communications, materials, participant tracking and post-program follow-up. Partner with business and HR leaders to assess needs, define development priorities, and align learning solutions to performance outcomes. Independently manage multiple initiatives with full accountability for timelines, resources, stakeholder engagement, quality delivery, and reporting. Develop measurement strategies, analyze feedback and business impact, and iterate programs to maximize effectiveness and engagement. Collaborate with senior leaders, learning designers, Enterprise Learning, HR, and senior leaders to ensure development efforts are aligned with organizational goals and culture.
