As the Senior Learning and Organizational Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging onboarding experience for new employees at Apex. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Culture, you will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), onboarding training/processes, and technical systems used to deploy learning programs. This role requires a technically savvy individual with experience in Articulate, Rise 360, Workday Learning, and Lessonly/Seismic LMS. In addition to onboarding, you will be responsible for developing and managing programs that support employee engagement, growth, and development. You will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling of these programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
