The Senior Development Program (SDP) is a high-impact, 12–18 month rotational experience designed to accelerate readiness for department level and site level leadership roles. Participants will gain exposure to leading safety and reliability processes in a wood products manufacturing environment, developing and implementing strategic site level initiatives, and build knowledge and skills related to our manufacturing processes. We are seeking experienced leaders who are: Operationally minded thinkers with a bias for action. Passionate about developing people and building inclusive teams. Ready to take on site level manufacturing challenges that drive long-term value. What You’ll Gain: Executive mentorship and sponsorship from business level and site level leaders.
