The Leadership Development Office (LDO) for MBA Programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of in-person and virtual developmental programs designed to enhance the leadership skills of MBA students. This includes the experiential LEAD class, which is a mandatory course for all MBA candidates during their first quarter. The LDO also offers various workshops and coaching sessions tailored to the needs of full-time, evening, and weekend students, as well as executive MBA students. As a Senior Leadership Development Coach, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering specific programmatic offerings. Your responsibilities will encompass individual and team coaching, workshop facilitation, and classroom instruction. You will manage one or more specific offerings and handle the administrative tasks necessary for the success of the office. This position requires close collaboration with the Full-Time MBA LEAD class and other curricular and co-curricular offerings to foster the leadership development of MBA students. A significant aspect of this role involves supporting the learning and growth of second-year MBA candidates who serve as Facilitators for the LEAD course. You will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, guide module teams, and provide targeted instruction to enhance their leadership capabilities. Additionally, you may support various leadership coaching initiatives, skills workshops, and retreats designed for different student cohorts, ensuring a comprehensive approach to leadership development at Booth.
