The Senior Lead Server Engineer will provide leadership on major datacenter and infrastructure projects, ensuring modernization and resiliency of enterprise IT systems. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-8 years of server engineering experience.
• Base certification: A+, Security+, or Network+.
• Core certification: MCSA/MCSE/VMware Professional or equivalent.
• Experience with datacenter management, cloud readiness, and enterprise IT support.

Responsibilities

• Lead datacenter modernization and system lifecycle engineering.
• Monitor and support enterprise servers, applications, and recovery procedures.
• Support COOP and Disaster Recovery initiatives.
• Implement best practices in systems integration and optimization.
• Supervise engineers and provide expert-level support.
• Research emerging technologies and implement improvements.
