We're looking for a Senior Lead Sales Engineer to act as a strategic partner to the enterprise sales team and act as a mentor within the Sales Engineering function. You’ll bridge client needs with platform capabilities, drive advanced solutions, and ensure the success of enterprise implementations.

Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in advertising technology, including DSP architecture, identity resolution, API integrations, and data management platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with software development concepts and scalable solution design.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and address complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise projects, including cross-functional collaboration and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to create and maintain reusable tools, templates, and frameworks that streamline technical workflows.
  • Strong experience in developing scalable, client-specific integration solutions.
  • Proven track record of working with senior enterprise stakeholders, including presenting solutions and influencing decision-making.
  • Ability to build trust with clients by demonstrating professionalism, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Sales Engineering to deliver advanced technical solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring scalability and alignment with client requirements.
  • Execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and contributing to the development of long-term sales engineering strategies.
  • Lead discussions on complex solution architectures, crafting blueprints for seamless integration and implementation.
  • Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements, including discovery calls, demonstrations, and addressing advanced technical challenges.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and alignment across the sales engineering team.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for enterprise-specific features and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Develop reusable tools, frameworks, and templates to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the sales engineering function.
  • Present technical solutions to senior stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility as a technical advisor.
