The Sr. Lead Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing strategic client relationships across key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, deepening client engagement, and driving revenue growth. This role serves as the primary liaison between the organization and its most critical clients, aligning internal capabilities with client needs to foster long-term partnerships and maximize client lifetime value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in relationship management, client advisory, or institutional account leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering strategic value.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for high-value institutional or corporate clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to client goals, risk profiles, and service expectations.
  • Facilitate regular client reviews, performance updates, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Resolve complex client issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address service gaps.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client priorities.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and investment teams to position relevant solutions.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through consultative engagement and strategic expansion.
  • Ensure all client interactions adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including client feedback, action items, and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to talent development.
  • Represent the firm in client forums, industry events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build executive-level relationships within client organizations to strengthen retention and influence.
