The individual will lead the strategy and resolution of unique challenges that necessitate a deep understanding of potential synergies and opportunities across the company. Additionally, the role requires delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that consider global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impacts, and risk management. The Senior Lead Product Owner will articulate the Payroll product vision, define scope, prioritize the backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating and upgrading technologies and vendor relationships. Managing processes and routines to ensure predictable value delivery from the product is essential, as is inspecting pre-release progress, recommending changes, and ensuring timelines are met. The individual will also develop and monitor the product roadmap and key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements. Engaging with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams across the company is a critical aspect of this role, as is serving as an expert advisor to executives on complex, visible, and diverse solutions.
