About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to join the Consumer and Business Banking Deposits Financial Product Team. This role focuses on managing business checking, savings, CDs, and specialized portfolios such as government banking, public funds, and IOLTA/RETA. The position involves leading product management activities aligned with the company's roadmap and growth objectives, ensuring high customer satisfaction and driving product value propositions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery experience.

Nice To Haves

• Financial services, business banking product development and management experience.
• Experience managing products and overseeing product management for business checking, savings, and CD products.
• Experience managing specialized portfolios such as government banking, public funds, IOLTA, and RETA.
• Knowledge of product or program management, including development of roadmaps and strategies.
• Experience working in an Agile organization.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product management and strategic focus for business banking checking, savings, and CDs solutions.
• Manage specialized portfolios including government banking, public funds, and IOLTA/RETA.
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise on innovative products and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, trends, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
• Develop and influence business plans, metrics, requirements, and change implementations across multiple groups.
• Articulate product vision, define scope, establish goals, and provide direction on managing deposit products and solutions.
• Engage and collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, partners, and project managers companywide.
• Provide data analysis and reporting related to cash flow management products and services.
