About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to join the Consumer and Business Banking Deposits Financial Product Team. Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery experience.

  • Financial services, business banking product development and management experience.
  • Experience managing products and overseeing product management for business checking, savings, and CD products.
  • Experience managing specialized portfolios such as government banking, public funds, IOLTA, and RETA.
  • Knowledge of product or program management, including development of roadmaps and strategies.
  • Experience working in an Agile organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product management and strategic focus for business banking checking, savings, and CDs solutions.
  • Manage specialized portfolios including government banking, public funds, and IOLTA/RETA.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise on innovative products and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, trends, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
  • Develop and influence business plans, metrics, requirements, and change implementations across multiple groups.
  • Articulate product vision, define scope, establish goals, and provide direction on managing deposit products and solutions.
  • Engage and collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, partners, and project managers companywide.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting related to cash flow management products and services.
