About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to join the Consumer and Business Banking Deposits Financial Product Team. This role focuses on managing business checking, savings, CDs, and specialized portfolios such as government banking and public funds. Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery experience.

• Experience managing products and overseeing product management for business checking, savings, and CDs.
• Experience managing specialized portfolios such as government banking, public funds, IOLTA, and RETA.
• Knowledge of product or program management, including development of roadmaps and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product management and strategic focus for business banking checking, savings, and CDs solutions.
• Manage specialized portfolios including government banking, public funds, and IOLTA/RETA.
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on innovative products and solutions.
• Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, trends, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
• Develop and influence business plans, metrics, requirements, and change implementations across multiple groups.
• Articulate product vision, define scope, establish goals, and provide direction on deposit products and solutions.
• Engage, collaborate, and influence leaders, stakeholders, and project teams companywide.
• Provide data analysis and reporting related to cash flow management products and services.
