About The Position

ADP is hiring a Senior Lead, Product Manager for PayDirect. In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative business leaders, product managers, and developers to bring our PayDirect products to market. These products include a unique intersection between the employee, ADP, and service providers offering employees payment discounts when they pay their bills through direct deposit. In this role, you will work with ADP and our business partners to create product plans that allow employees to make their paychecks go further. We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and pushing the boundaries are must-haves in this job. Whether you're in meetings with clients or sales, developers, or design, you'll be the guiding voice that helps us clarify ideas so we can create a product roadmap. You stay close to market trends, anticipate our customers' next questions, and bring new ideas into the mix. You love evangelising about your product and communicate with confidence. Still, you also have the experience to take your product into the marketplace and position it competitively for maximum financial impact. Overall, we have an ambitious roadmap and financial goals for these products, and they have executive level visibility and support - this is not a one and done get the product launched effort - it's about creating a new category where one doesn't exist and about driving the expansion and evolution of the product based on market and employee receptivity. To thrive in this role, you must take command of your product, lead multiple team's efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve. You've worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles. You have experience explaining the prioritization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders. Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Experience in B2C and FinTech is preferred.
• Experience working with Agile teams and understanding product delivery cycles.
• Ability to create and document product roadmaps for internal and external understanding.
• Strong communication skills to defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate priorities.
• Help create the product roadmap and prioritize product features based on research and industry trends.
• Create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Collaborate across multiple teams including developers, other product managers, and UX teams.
• Measure product effectiveness, report outcomes, and drive priorities.
• Navigate through unclear situations and work on client experience journeys, new features, and product enhancements.
• Communicate and defend ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
