About the Role Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive our Enterprise product strategy and lead the evolution of our platform for the world’s most sophisticated, data-driven brands. This role sits at the center of one of Klaviyo’s most important growth opportunities: becoming the trusted B2C CRM for Enterprise customers. You will own multiple product areas critical to our Enterprise initiatives—including unifying customer data, powering AI-driven automation, and expanding our ecosystem integrations—while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market and Partner teams. This is a highly visible role that balances long-term platform strategy with near-term delivery, ensuring we meet enterprise customer expectations without compromising scalability or reliability.
