About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to join our Innovation & Infrastructure vertical within the Commercial Card business. Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial card product development and digital API integration within leading financial institutions or Fintech companies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a roadmap of high-impact innovation initiatives that position our commercial card platform as a modern, differentiated offering in the market.
  • Drive platform improvements across core infrastructure (APIs, cloud enablement, data architecture) to ensure scalability, reliability, and speed to market.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships with fintechs and emerging technology providers to enhance our capabilities across areas such as virtual cards, spend analytics, supplier enablement, and embedded finance.
  • Act as the business owner for horizontal platform capabilities (e.g., digital onboarding, card lifecycle management, third-party integrations), ensuring alignment with both client needs and enterprise architecture.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, risk, compliance, sales, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, compliant, and high-performing solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform innovation strategies and maintain thought leadership in the commercial payments space.
