Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical plant design for HVDC stations.
• Experience leading mechanical plant design for at least 2 HVDC stations.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• High level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
• Advanced experience in 3D modeling and 2D drawings/layouts in NX/TC.
• Experience in mentoring engineers and supporting internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor your design team towards project deliveries.
• Ensure adherence to design principles, guidelines, and standards.
• Perform station layout design and detail design of steel support, connectors, and insulators.
• Provide technical support for installation and commissioning activities.
• Prepare purchase documents and evaluate suppliers for switchyard material.
• Prepare project documentation and interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge in NX for CAD activities, 3D modeling, and 2D drafting.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
