In this role, you will shape On’s commercial partnership strategy with our global lighthouse community partners. The role requires entrepreneurial skills and partnering with many cross functional stakeholders across our regional and global teams. As a regionally based leader reporting into On’s Global Commercial Strategy team you’ll lead the ways of working and align strategy across commercial, product, and brand ensuring clear communication and alignment and to deliver on On’s long-term commercial strategy. You are shaping the long-term strategy for On’s global strategic specialty partners, overseeing cross functional strategy, managing key milestones, contractual obligations, internal and external strategic relationships, ensuring excellent customer and consumer experience. Align On’s long term commercial priorities with business development roadmap to ensure successful commercial outputs for both On and accounts from a financial and brand perspective Apply a strategic, forward-thinking and critical mindset to brand priorities and new consumer groups - breaking them down into clear priorities, achievable goals and KPI’s for your accounts, and delivering insights that guide decision-making. Coordinate and manage a diverse range of external stakeholders across commercial, brand, and product functions elevating our partnerships and executing on our long range strategic priorities Develop and execute on seasonal sell ins, annual top to top meetings, and quarterly business reviews in conjunction with regional and global stakeholders Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration across global and regional stakeholders - balancing entrepreneurial approach with structure, acting as a trusted thought partner to co-create inspirational strategic plans across product, commercial, and brand, ensuring scalable solutions/framework that strengthen internal and external experiences and deliver overall impact for customers and consumers. Oversee and help orchestrate key milestones throughout a long term strategic plan across multiple functions (including line reviews, top to top meetings, and brand alignments) ensuring clear ownership while shaping a cohesive flow of information across all internal and external stakeholders. Aligning global and regional cross functional teams to ensure products and activations reach markets on time while balancing all stakeholders’ needs, operational priorities, and budget constraints.
