About The Position

Senior Lead Finance Systems Analyst We are seeking a Senior Lead Finance Systems Analyst to join our world‑class Finance team and help shape the future of our global financial systems. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance systems professional who thrives on complexity, enjoys asking tough questions, and wants to influence how Finance operates across international entities worldwide. In this role, you will lead development and implementation efforts for our global ERP systems, partner closely with Finance leadership, IS, and Operations, both domestically and internationally, to drive meaningful, end‑to‑end process improvements. If you bring strong accounting expertise, natural curiosity, and the confidence to guide others through change, this role offers both challenge and impact. Key Responsibilities Global ERP Leadership & Strategy Lead and influence the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of business systems across domestic and international entities. Serve as a senior Finance subject matter expert, ensuring system solutions align with accounting standards, internal controls, and business strategy. Provide validation, oversight, and quality assurance across Finance system workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Process Analysis & Improvement Peel apart complex, end-to-end financial and operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Apply strong analytical judgment to design and implement process improvements that enhance quality, timeliness, and consistency. Drive simplification and alignment across Finance‑supported processes globally. Cross‑Functional Partnership & Influence Partner with Finance leaders, Operations, and Information Services teams—both domestically and internationally—to understand business needs and influence system and process decisions. Ask difficult, insightful questions to uncover root causes and advocate for Finance perspectives in global initiatives. Communicate clearly with cross‑functional stakeholders on deliverables, timelines, decisions, and downstream impacts. Leadership, Coaching & Team Development Lead others, either directly or indirectly, managing and reviewing the work of individual contributors. Provide structured coaching, effective delegation, and consistent performance management while maintaining quality oversight. Drive a culture of quality and critical thinking by establishing systematic checks, clarifying expectations, and ensuring consistent, accurate deliverables. Problem Solving, Innovation & Change Management Quickly learn and master new business models, systems, and international requirements. Dissect and explain complex technical and financial problems to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Apply a creative and innovative mindset to explore new ideas, challenge the status quo, and responsibly manage risk and change. Influence decisions that impact multiple workflows and begin shaping outcomes for adjacent teams and functions. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Requirements

  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field, additional Master's or MBA is preferred.
  • Preferred 8+ years of related experience, including deep exposure to finance systems or ERP implementations.
  • You demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting and financial processes and principles, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • You are a confident leader who can influence without authority and guide teams through complex decisions.
  • You are analytical, curious, and comfortable breaking down ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions.
  • You are innovative, adaptable, and energized by change - not afraid to try new approaches while maintaining financial rigor.
  • You enjoy working with global teams and appreciate the nuances of international operations.
