About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Credit Risk Officer within Home Lending Servicing Risk (HLSR), a part of the Home Lending Chief Risk Office (CRO) team. The Senior Lead Credit Risk Officer is responsible for providing risk oversight to Home Lending Servicing, with a primary focus on Account Resolution (Collections) and Customer Service and Home Equity Line management operations. This risk professional will partner with Home Lending Servicing leadership, serving as key risk advisor for all risk types, including credit risk where they will perform complex data analysis to monitor and develop Home Lending credit strategies, models, and programs. A successful candidate will have strong data analysis skills, superb communication, and demonstrated success driving innovative solutions to challenges. The Senior Lead Credit Risk Officer will report into the Home Lending Servicing Risk organization within Home Lending CRO.
