We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual who can bring their expertise to our Labor & Employment Legal team and help us navigate the legal landscape of traditional labor relations, independent contractor and joint employer law, lead the team that provides the employment law support for our independent contractor/gig platform business initiatives, and provide employment law support on other enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional labor relations law, employment law, and independent contractor and joint employer law. This role requires someone who is adept at delivering legal advice to business partners to empower them to drive business strategy and ensure associate engagement. The position is located on our new state-of-the-art Home Office campus in Bentonville, AR.
