About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
Typically, at least 4 years of financial services industry experience in managing institutional assets, and one or more years of leadership responsibility
Experience with structured finance, such as CLO/CDOs, syndicated loans, or corporate trust securities, as well as trust system experience
Working knowledge of cash reconciliations, financial transaction processing, trade settlements, data analysis, and investor reporting
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, colleagues, and clients (internal & external)

Direct work experience with waterfall calculations and compliance testing

Responsibilities

Oversee daily transaction & reporting activity of assigned outsourcing relationships
Support personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processing
Guarantee quality service levels, perform daily servicing activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
Assist in developing procedures that ensure processing functions are completed accurately and timely with minimal risk exposure
May select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operations
May establish operational objectives, work plans, and assignment delegation
