About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Artificial Intelligence Solutions Consultant to solve complex problems which require generative and agentic AI solutions. In this role, you will act as an advisor to senior leadership in developing a large cross functional team to identify and execute complex artificial intelligence initiatives that span a large line of business. You will provide consultation to more experienced leaders in order to recommend solutions which solve business challenges, lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges ensuring the solution delivers the intended benefits, and leverage Artificial Intelligence expertise to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources required to execute the proposed solutions. Additionally, you will provide direction on key issues which may arise during development or implementation, cultivate relationships with clients to identify and develop a pipeline of future Artificial Intelligence opportunities which align with the strategic priorities of the business, and collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice To Haves

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience designing solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI Solutions.
• Exposure to AI related framework (Crew AI, LangChain/LangGraph, Google ADK, A2A protocols).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills; Tableau experience is advantageous.
• Significant experience working closely with senior and executive leadership.
• Ability to create a strong collaborative work environment to successfully develop partnerships.
