About The Position
Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure. This role acts as a Centre of Excellence for Financial Reporting, Regulatory Compliance and Supporting Audit and Tax processes. The responsibilities include developing and finalizing statutory financial statements for group entities across the Colt Group, ensuring compliance with IFRS and relevant local GAAPs, serving as a key liaison for external auditors, preparing comprehensive audit working papers, and ensuring full compliance with accounting regulations and corporate governance policies.
