Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with the discovery process by conducting depositions, issuing interrogatories and requests for the production of documents, and reviewing discovery requests, responses, and responsive discovery materials
- Negotiate client-focused resolutions and settlements
- Perform legal research
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, the court, and third parties regarding pending matters
- Conduct strategy sessions with clients
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation
- Represent clients in trial
