Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).
  • Prefer experience in MS Apps, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A bachelor's degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as single point of contact with assigned customers.
  • Represents SRP in discussions with SRP's commercial and industrial customers.
  • Provides customer interpretation and guidance to SRP's Management about complex energy and sustainability initiatives.
  • Analyze assigned customer operations for opportunities to market SRP's current products and services using energy management analyses and problem-solving skills.
  • Evaluate and recommend end-use technologies and materials related to customer's energy use and facility operation.
  • Coordinate and/or perform price plan comparisons plus load and cost of operation evaluation for customers.
  • Analyze assigned market segment for trends that pose opportunities for or threats to the customers' businesses as well as SRP's goals.
  • Engage with various levels within assigned customer base, may include hosting events and travel.
  • Effectively communicate to customers SRP's Rules & Regulations, Price Plans, Corporate Objectives.
