Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years’ related experience with current licensure.
• Must understand the relationship between design and constructability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team setting on the development of conceptual designs.
• Produce construction and permit drawings.
• On-site construction administration.
• Attend scoping meetings with clients.
• Prepare fee proposals.
• Client coordination.
• Review project billing.
• Provide design/technical guidance to Designers and Project Managers.
• Oversee the development of design packages including Landscape Plans, Irrigation Plans, Hardscape Plans, and Site Amenity Plans.
• Prepare detailed opinion of construction cost estimates.
• Review Inspection reports.
• Provide quality control reviews of work products.
