Manage the LIMS platform operations, including upgrades, patches, performance monitoring, audit logs, and system health oversight. Configure and maintain integrations between LIMS and related systems (ELN, instruments, databases, APIs), partnering with IT and vendors as needed. Translate laboratory processes into digital workflows and structured configurations aligned to scientific requirements. Respond to and resolve LIMS incidents, service requests, and user inquiries, using ITSM tools to ensure timely triage, communication, and documentation; escalating to vendor support as required. Support data integrity, security, and compliance through robust change control, documentation, validation, and adherence to internal quality frameworks. Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration specifications, and system change logs to ensure transparency and traceability. Create, update, and publish user training materials, job aids, onboarding resources, and functional documentation to support user adoption. Partner with scientists and operations teams to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and digital process improvements within the LIMS ecosystem. Collaborate with IT to align LIMS with enterprise architecture, identity management, and data governance standards. Perform other duties as directed.
