Assist with CommonSpirit Health's Productivity, Benchmarking and Labor Management improvement efforts through education, training, analysis and coaching on all workforce planning initiatives. Actively work with leaders to determine labor opportunities and serve as a liaison to operationally support and link support areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Quality and Performance Excellence. Provide operational details and data to assist department and executive leadership with the decision making process.
