The Multi-Domain Solutions Division at Leidos currently has an opening for a RedHat Enterprise Linux Engineer to work in our Orlando, Florida office. Primary Responsibilities The Test team within the Digital Infrastructure Network Integration Lab (DI-NIL) will be responsible for maintaining the DI-NIL architecture and services. There are levels of support needed throughout to include RHEL layout and configuration to include structure and compliance configurations, integration with Active Directory for authentication, as well as day-to-day management and review of the architecture. The DI-NIL support effort will also include working with customers to ensure the needed environment is configured properly and access has been configured to allow a least privilege concept during stakeholder activities within the environment. Full documentation of builds and configurations utilized within the environment are mandatory as well as process flow documentation to ensure all required tasks are documented and repeatable. High level taskings for this team will include the following: Build and configure the RHEL architecture to support access and authentication within the DI-NIL environment Configure Windows based authentication to work with RedHat Linux and other systems within the environment for utilizing AD for authentication Manage day-to-day operations of the RHEL architecture as well as review logs for potential issues Report and record all issues within the approved ticketing system to allow for bug/defect management and correction Work with stakeholders to understand access and authentication requirements for test environments being built within the DI-NIL space Work with other team members to ensure all IA compliance actions are completed on time and are reported correctly Interface with vendors and facilitate integration into a larger system-of-systems model Identify test methodology to verify and validate systems efficiently to include regression testing, pass/fail, and deficiency remediation Facilitate working groups and information exchange in support of program objectives Support the development and maintenance of system integration plans and system test plans Build and support a culture grounded in the Leidos values, beliefs and expectations and highest standards of ethical and respectful behavior
