We are looking for a Senior L&D Consultant to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Chief People Officer and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • The L&D Specialist owns content strategy, curation and adoption, including governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Responsible for content management of our newly implemented learning management system.
  • This role serves is the primary point of contact for functional content owners driving alignment on learning needs, content quality and ongoing engagement
  • In partnership with the HRBP’s curate new content required for future skills development.
  • Establish governance for uploading new content and extracting old content no longer relevant this is in partnership with the functional content owners.
  • Regularly meet with functional content owners to understand functional learning requirements and providing guidance where needed.
  • In partnership with leadership and the HRBP’s drive adoption through the delivery of creative programs tied to development.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure alignment of systems functionality.
  • Work with Marketing to drive promotion of the LMS content and learning opportunities.
  • Keep the site fresh by continually adding innovative and interesting content which teaches employees about Bloom and leading edge externally best practices.
  • In partnership with the HRIS team, find innovative solution leveraging AI to drive efficiencies.
  • This role requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration and engagement.
  • The L&D Specialist focuses on strategy, content and adoption while the HRIS team enables the technology, system functionality, and delivery within Workday LMS.
  • This role would partner closely with HRIS to define requirements and support implementation as needs arise.
