About The Position
We are looking for a Senior Kubernetes Engineer with hands-on VMware vSphere Kubernetes Service (VKS) experience to support cloud-native workload platforms within VCF private cloud environments. You will provision and manage VKS clusters, enforce governance, and support AI/ML workload infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years data center experience
- VMware vSphere Kubernetes Service (VKS) or Tanzu Kubernetes hands-on experience
- Kubernetes / K8s administration (CKA preferred)
- VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environment experience
- VMware certifications required
Nice To Haves
- NVIDIA GPU / vGPU cluster experience
- VMware Private AI Foundation exposure
- Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux)
- Aria Automation integration experience
Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage VKS clusters across multiple VCF projects and namespaces
- Configure RBAC, network policies (Antrea/CNI), storage, and cluster backup
- Support GPU-enabled VKS clusters for AI/ML workloads where applicable
- Integrate Kubernetes platform with Aria Automation self-service catalog
- Enforce governance policies across distributed cluster fleets
