Within this organization: Our Knowledge Team creates and maintains content for internal tools and the external Help Center, supporting our employees, contractors, and users. Our Training Team develops and delivers training curricula that prepare health coaches, Customer Support agents, and BPO teams to provide exceptional care and service. As the Senior Knowledge & Training Manager, you will lead both functions-overseeing execution while staying hands-on with content development and strategy. You'll guide the evolution of AI-enabled knowledge tools, drive impactful training programs, and support a large and diverse user base-including Noom's coaching workforce, internal teams, and third-party partners. You'll also manage the person responsible for the internal knowledge base and ensure our growing library of content stays current and accessible.
