About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Key Leader Engagement Integrator to join our team! In this role you will get to orchestrate planning and execution of engagement, information, and outreach programs supporting Combatant Command and theater campaign objectives.

Requirements

Bachelors degree and 13+ years experience.
Years of comparable experience can be used in lieu of degree. (HS diploma 17+ years, Associates 15+ years, Masters 10+ years)
Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Coordinate partner‑nation and interagency touchpoints.
Produces deliverables including correspondence letters, policy letters, memoranda, talking points, notes, visit books, itineraries, read‑ahead packets, CCMD briefings, and trip reports.
Maintains mission and CCMD briefings; prepares senior leader briefings and strategic guidance that synchronize communications, engagements, and priorities across OIE lines of effort.
Builds and manages KLE calendars, engagement matrices, and communication synchronization matrices; tracks measures of performance and measures of effectiveness such as engagements per quarter, decision support timeliness, message alignment rates, attendance density, and action‑item closure percentage.
Generates after‑action reports with lessons learned, remediation actions, and updated engagement roadmaps.
Delivers disciplined synchronization that strengthens dialogue and rapport with partner leadership, increases message coherence across components and Joint Task Forces, and advances combined mission readiness through repeatable, transparent KLE processes.
