Requirements

Proven experience as a Key Account Manager with a consistent record of exceeding targets;
Previous experience of 5 years in the payments industry;
Deep understanding of merchant payment environments and needs;
Proven relationship building skills;
Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and solid organizational ability;
Proven experience using Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and maintain sales discipline;
Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
Tenacious, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset;
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills;
Strong planning, prioritization, and time management discipline;
Valid passport and willingness to travel (up to 30% of the time);
Fluent English. A secondary language is a plus (Portuguese, Spanish, etc).

Responsibilities

Oversee and grow a portfolio of strategic merchants by implementing commercial initiatives designed to drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth;
Develop and drive a pipeline of new products, market expansion, and share-of-checkout opportunities to increase volume and revenue within a global strategic merchant relationship;
Build and maintain trusted relationships, acting as the voice of the customer: understanding their priorities, pain points, and expansion plans, and communicating these effectively across internal cross-functional teams;
Ensure outstanding internal and external communication — address client demands, convey compelling value propositions, and communicate EBANX’s product roadmap or sensitive updates clearly;
Monitor, measure, and propose strategies to continually improve merchant performance, payment method optimization, market penetration, and brand advancement;
Collaborate closely with a diverse cross-functional team (product, marketing, operations, risk, legal, finance) to maximize merchant satisfaction and advocacy;
Maintain a strong understanding of our competitive landscape and business strategy;
Diligently report on sales pipeline progression within Salesforce, requiring strong organization and accuracy;
Provide feedback to leadership on how to optimize the sales cycle, enhance sales channels, and strengthen brand positioning;
Represent EBANX and its values with professionalism and positivity at all times;
