About The Position

The Senior JBPM Developer at Infosys is a key role focused on business process consulting and the development, configuration, and deployment of solutions. This position involves guiding teams through project processes, contributing to proposal development, and providing client training. The developer will work on complex workflows and play a significant role in shaping consulting solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients in a global landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience with JBOSS development and JBPM (JBPM 7.x).
• Solid knowledge in JBPM APIs, Human-Task Service, and Asynchronous Tasks.
• Experience in JBPM Process Design and end-to-end workflow implementation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with complex workflows, asynchronous tasks, and event listeners.
• Knowledge of building rules with Drools rules engine.
• Familiarity with multi-screen video content management systems.
• Experience in web application development and web service development (SOAP and REST).
• High competency in Linux/Unix environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
• Define problems and propose solutions in business process consulting.
• Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposal development and client training.
• Detail project scope and assist in internal capability building.
• Research, analyze, code, and test changes to the solution.
• Work with the Client Operations team for final deployment and testing of the solution.
• Architect, design, develop, and unit test new software for production.
