About The Position

Our client, a leading European company in the home security sector, is launching a large-scale digital transformation project aimed at developing a middleware platform that will serve as a bridge between multiple internal systems (CRM, Payment, etc.) and the Contact Center (Genesys Cloud). We are seeking a talented professional to join this innovative initiative and contribute to building a modern, scalable integration layer that enhances customer experience and operational efficiency. The role requires speaking Spanish at a C1 level.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of in-depth development experience with Java 8.
  • Hands-on experience with Microservice architecture, including REST and SOAP-based APIs.
  • Experience in Contact Center solutions.
  • Competence in Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server databases.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and IDEs such as Eclipse, IDEA, Visual Studio Code, and Oracle SQL Developer.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonar, and Git.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish at an advanced level.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Angular for Front-End development.
  • Understanding of Genesys on-premise solution (Genesys Engage).

Responsibilities

  • Develop the integration platform that connects the Contact Center with custom and third-party systems.
  • Contribute to the design of new functionality and support of the existing features.
  • Contribute to the low-level technical designs based on architectural blueprints and the implementation process, ensuring architectural integrity.
  • Ensure robust, secure, and scalable API connections for data exchange and service orchestration.
  • Ensure the quality of software deliverables by actively participating in the defined quality strategy and adhering to established quality standards.
