We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building Java Micro Services and a deep understanding of Java Collections, Threads, design concepts, patterns, and coding standards. This role requires proficiency in Object Oriented programming and design patterns, as well as experience in back-end development with relational database management systems and No SQL databases like Mongo. The candidate should be an independent thinker capable of identifying problems and providing creative solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential, as the Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding the team, providing design and technical guidance, and proactively removing blockers to ensure efficient progress.
