Requirements

5+ years of professional experience with Java and frameworks like Spring Boot / Hibernate.
Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud platforms.
Experience with React on the front end (comfortable jumping in when needed).
Hands-on experience building AI, Agentic AI, or conversational AI features in production.
Python experience (for AI/ML, scripting, or LLM integrations).
Solid understanding of software architecture, testing, and clean code practices.
Strong communication and a collaborative, ownership-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

LLMs & AI platforms: OpenAI, Vertex AI
Agentic / orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, ag2, MCP
Techniques: prompt engineering, model training or fine‑tuning, RAG, embeddings
Data layer: vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, pgvector, etc.)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain high‑performance Java microservices (Spring/Spring Boot).
Ship AI-powered features: conversational flows, agentic workflows, and smart automations.
Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI) into our Java services and APIs.
Use Python for AI/ML workflows, prototypes, and data/LLM utilities.
Implement and support RAG pipelines and vector database integrations.
Collaborate with Product/Design to turn customer problems into practical AI solutions.
Contribute to code reviews, testing, and architecture discussions in an agile environment.
