About The Position
We are actively hiring an experienced Senior Java Developer for a greenfield project to build a low-latency electronic trading platform for interest rate swaps, US treasuries, and futures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Core Java (JDK 11/17) backend development
- Strong experience in electronic trading systems
- Low latency & high throughput systems expertise
- Event-driven architecture, concurrency & multithreading
- Spring Boot, REST APIs, JMS (ActiveMQ)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube)
- Capital Markets domain knowledge
Nice To Haves
- Experience with US Treasuries, Futures, or Swaps
- Exposure to Bloomberg, TradeWeb, or ION
- Knowledge of derivatives pricing & RFQ workflows
Responsibilities
- Design & develop high-performance, low-latency trading systems
- Collaborate with trading, quant, risk & IT teams
- Build scalable, event-driven backend architectures
- Ensure code quality with CI/CD pipelines & best practices
- Provide technical leadership & mentor team members
