About The Position
We are currently seeking a Senior Java Developer (FTE and Onsite) to join our team in Westlake , Texas (US-TX) , United States (US) . Job Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable backend Java developer to join our Digital Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering seamless, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about engineering excellence and embraces shift-left methodologies, modern design principles, and best practices to ensure quality and security are embedded throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences while meeting performance, reliability, and security standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years strong experience in backend development using Java and Spring / Spring Boot frameworks
- 5+ years strong experience in developing REST Api's
- 5+ years' experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- 5+ years of strong experience in relational databases (preferred PostgreSQL)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
- 3+ years hands-on experience with test automation experience with tools like TestNG
