This hybrid role requires a technical leader who can drive product vision, translate mission needs into actionable requirements, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions within an Agile environment. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications using Spring and Hibernate
• Serve as Agile Product Manager, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Translate stakeholders needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Integrate, extend, and support IFS ERP and COTS Warehouse Management Systems
• Use Git for version control and Jira/Confluence for Agile planning and documentation
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship
