About The Position

The Senior IVA Specialist at AbbVie is responsible for creating and managing interactive visual aid (IVA) content for healthcare professional (HCP) marketing teams. This role involves onboarding and training team members, coordinating projects, and ensuring high-quality execution of IVAs. The specialist will work closely with various departments to optimize IVA processes and maintain project documentation, while also keeping abreast of industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in CLM or Web Marketing, specifically in creating and executing IVAs.
• 3+ years of experience building and leading a high-performing team of IVA specialists.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Strong client service and project management skills, with effective communication across business and technical teams.
• Experience authoring in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), certification preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.

• Digital agency or agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding, training, and creating a high-performing team of IVA specialists.
• Manage the iterative creation, management, and oversight of brand IVAs, ensuring requirements are met and projects are executed flawlessly.
• Work effectively with multiple departments and agencies to keep projects on time and meet all requirements.
• Proactively manage workload and identify optimization opportunities for brand IVAs.
• Develop and maintain project documents, timelines, and status reports, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Author, QC, and train team members in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create processes for capturing requirements and gaining approvals.
• Document change requests and understand timeline implications, seeking standardization and process improvement.
• Ensure high-quality implementation, testing, and QA of IVAs, employing standard quality control processes.
• Support issue management from identification through resolution for IVA builds and campaign tracking.
• Maintain the IVA product playbook and enhance ways of working to reduce timelines and increase speed to market.
• Collaborate with internal/external leaders to define and optimize IVA creation processes.
• Stay updated on IVA industry best practices and provide thought leadership on advancements.
