We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our IT organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale enterprise application projects. You will collaborate extensively with various IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in project delivery, is SAFe certified, and demonstrates flexibility in applying hybrid project methodologies to achieve results.

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle for medium to large-scale enterprise application initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
  • Act as the central point of coordination, facilitating communication and collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and other IT teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Utilize a flexible approach to project management, applying Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and Waterfall frameworks as needed to best suit the project requirements and team dynamics.
  • Work closely with senior TPMs and stakeholders to execute against the established strategic roadmap, breaking down large initiatives into manageable project plans and milestones.
  • Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies. Escalate when necessary and work proactively with teams to find effective solutions.
  • Provide clear, concise, and regular status updates to project stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency on progress, milestones, and potential blockers.
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management, with a focus on enterprise IT or software projects.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of complex enterprise application projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
  • Active SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner) with practical experience working in a SAFe environment.
  • Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and experience operating in a hybrid model.
  • Hands-on proficiency with JIRA for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven experience managing projects with significant Information Security (InfoSec) components, ensuring compliance and secure delivery.
  • Experience applying change management principles to drive user adoption and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Familiarity with the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework for aligning projects with business goals.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
