About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned staff / principal level Solution Architect with deep expertise in Lead to Quote (L2Q) and Quote to Cash (Q2C) functional and technical areas. You will be a pivotal leader influencing high-level business decisions, while remaining connected to innovative technologies powering our GTM functions. You will accelerate enhancement of business value with an AI-first mindset through SaaS applications like Salesforce, Impartner, Seismic, Gong, Zuora, Adobe Experience Cloud, etc. ensuring solutions align with business goals and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a related role with a focus on GTM operations.
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge in Lead to Quote and Quote to Cash solution areas including CRM, CPQ, billing and marketing systems.
  • Proven experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Tableau), Zuora, Impartner, Seismic, Gong, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in sales and revenue processes and the ability to leverage these technologies to drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and modern microservices-based application design.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – ideal but highly preferred, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
  • TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture credentials are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while driving clarity and results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the e2e solution architecture for Lead to Quote and Quote to Cash capabilities, covering areas such as account, lead, opportunity and partner relationship management, product catalog management, quoting, and sales engagement—with a focus on both seat-based and usage-based monetization models.
  • Undergo deep, technical business process discovery and create trusted solutions.
  • Work closely with IT Delivery teams to manage scope, risks and issues during project lifecycle.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and modernization of GTM processes, embedding AI and automation to optimize efficiency and business impact.
  • Ensure architectural integrity, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives while managing technical risks and dependencies.
  • Provide mentorship and thought leadership across cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively recommend and influence technology investments and roadmaps.
  • Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills with ability to interact with senior management.

Benefits

  • The US annualized base salary range for this position is $161,000.00-$241,000.00.
  • This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
