We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Service Desk Consultant to join our quickly growing managed service team. This person should have at least five years of hands-on IT experience, enjoys working in a team environment, and thrives on mentoring less experienced team members. This is a hybrid position. After the initial onboarding and training period, this person will work two days per week in our office in Monroeville and three days per week remotely from a home office.
