About The Position

Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) Coach teams and stakeholders on advanced Scrum practices, Agile scaling, and continuous improvement Establish and maintain Agile governance, metrics, and reporting using Jira Provide transparency into sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance Proactively remove impediments and manage delivery risks across teams Coordinate and align multiple Scrum teams across manufacturing locations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience delivering IT software application projects using Agile Scrum methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences and/or Manufacturing domains
  • 5+ years of experience working with or supporting MES platforms (Siemens Camstar / OpCenter or similar)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Electronic Batch Records (EBR) implementations
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, leading ceremonies and coaching teams at scale
  • 5+ years of experience using Scrum and Agile management tools such as Jira (or Microsoft TFS)
  • 5+ years of experience performing Business Analyst functions, including enterprise-level requirements management
  • 5+ years of experience supporting project and/or program management activities
  • 5+ years of experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
  • Experience driving process optimization, digital transformation, and Agile maturity
  • Experience managing multiple Scrum teams, large programs, or enterprise initiatives
  • Strong background in Project and/or Program Management
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional, global, and distributed teams
  • Experience in stakeholder management, executive communication, and status reporting
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Lead enterprise-level requirements elicitation and analysis with business, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders
  • Translate complex business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Drive EBR design, configuration, and process mapping aligned with manufacturing operations and quality requirements
  • Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability through development, testing, validation, and deployment
  • Support validation, audit readiness, and compliance in regulated Life Sciences environments
  • Lead or support project and program planning, including scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, and risk management
  • Partner with IT Project Managers and leadership on program governance and delivery oversight
  • Provide executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and communications
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across development, integration, testing, deployment, and site rollout phases
  • Support post-development implementation, including MES deployments, ERP integration, and multi-site rollouts

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) - strongly preferred
